Lori is President of Retail Solutions for Cox Automotive, overseeing the growth and strategic direction of powerhouse brands including Autotrader®, Kelley Blue Book®, Dealertrack®, Dealer.com, VinSolutions, and Xtime.

Her focus is on creating best-in-class experiences through the power of Cox Automotive’s data and people, furthering the company’s commitment to transforming the industry for consumers, dealers, lenders, and OEMs.

Lori credits a people-centric working environment as a critical factor in her success helping Cox Automotive clients thrive in the quickly evolving automotive industry. She is an executive sponsor of diversity initiatives, advocating for increased diversity, inclusion, and equity across the industry.   

Prior to her current role, she held the position of Senior Vice President of Dealer Software Solutions at Cox Automotive for six years, where she drove client value generating more than $1 billion in annual revenue.

In 2023, Lori was honored by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a Woman of Influence in the technology space. In 2022, Lori joined the CNBC Technology Executive Council. She was also recognized by Automotive News as one of 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry. And in 2016, the Kansas City Business Journal named her as a “Women Who Mean Business” honoree.   Lori also serves on the Board of Directors for Boys and Girls Clubs of America and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.

Before joining Cox Automotive in 2013, Lori spent more than a decade leading large technology projects as a consultant for Accenture. Prior to that, she led Field Technology at H&R Block and worked in the transportation sector.  Lori holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas. In her free time, Lori shares a love of sports with her husband and two sons, and she enjoys spending time with her new grandson. 

As Senior Vice President of Cox Automotive Dealer, Lender and Inventory Management Solutions Derek is working to bring together vAuto, Xtime, and Dealertrack as one seamless dealer operations suite. In his time at Cox Automotive, he’s established a track record of successfully launching and scaling solutions like Manheim Express and driving vAuto’s Variable Management strategy. By driving integrations between dealer workflows and Cox Automotive’s offerings, Derek aims to help dealers achieve more profitable, efficient, and seamless outcomes across their retail and wholesale portfolios.

Derek joined the Cox Automotive team in January 2015 as Senior Director of Strategic Planning before taking on responsibility for Manheim’s digital operations as VP of Digital Inventory Solutions. In that role, he successfully launched and grew Manheim Express before joining vAuto as VP of wholesale operations in 2020. At vAuto, Derek helped grow their flagship solutions Provision and ProfitTime® GPS, while innovating new Cox collaborations such as Upside™.

Prior to Cox Automotive, Derek served in roles with Bain & Company, Deloitte Consulting and Intel Corp. He holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BS in accounting from the Marriott School at Brigham Young University.

Michael Chiovari, vice president of IT operations, has been instrumental in leading the development of vAuto technology and tools. As a company co-founder with Dale Pollak, Chiovari applied insights gained as controller for a large Midwest dealership to lead the design and implementation of vAuto’s Velocity®-focused system. He continues to oversee the ongoing development of vAuto’s software solutions. Chiovari also has nearly a decade of experience as vice president of development with Deutsche Bank, a leader in global investment banking with more than one trillion dollars in assets and more than 60,000 employees. There, he guided several IT teams that developed and managed technology applications to support the company’s extensive operations. Chiovari graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in computer information systems from DeVry University and a degree in electrical engineering / computer science from the University of Illinois. Chiovari is also a certified public accountant (CPA).

Greta is the vice president of retail marketing for Cox Automotive, leading a comprehensive set of brands and products, from dealer and lender software to two of the largest consumer automotive brands – Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book. Greta has been with Cox Automotive for more than fourteen years and continues to lead significant transformation across the portfolio of brands.

Greta leads strategy and implementation of all online and offline marketing, inclusive of product and content marketing across the B2C and B2B space. She is known for skillfully translating business goals into effective marketing plans that generate top-line business revenue.

In 2017, Greta was named one of Auto Remarketing’s “40 Under 40,” which celebrates current and next-generation leaders making big differences in the industry and at their respective companies.

Prior to joining Autotrader in 2010, she served as a media supervisor at Turner Broadcasting, and as a media planner and strategist for a global communications agency.

Greta attended the University of Florida where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising. Much of her free time is spent with her husband and two children.

Mandi Fang is Senior Vice President, Client Operations at Cox Automotive leading the training, implementation and client care teams that support Cox Automotive solutions and products. She previously served as Vice President, Client Engagement for the Dealertrack DMS, Dealer.com, VinSolutions, and Xtime brands.

Prior to this role, Mandi was Vice President of Operations of Dealertrack’s growing DMS business, where she furthered the development of open, flexible, easy-to-use solutions critical to helping dealerships adapt to a changing industry and shifting consumer expectations. She also spent five years in product management, leading the ongoing development, growth and innovation of Cox Automotive’s new and used vehicle inventory management, merchandising and DMS solutions for dealers and OEMs.

In 2016, Mandi was recognized as one of Auto Remarketing’s Women in Remarketing and received the Spirit of Leadership Award from Women’s Automotive Association International. Mandi received her Bachelor of Arts in communications from Morehead State University.

Felipe Arias serves as vice president for vAuto, overseeing operations for a portfolio of solutions and services, including ProfitTime GPS. His work focuses on driving greater value for our dealer clients through prioritizing our data, software and people development, and integrating vAuto/Cox Automotive solutions, to enable more efficient workflows and better results.

Before joining Cox Automotive in 2024, Felipe held leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Bain & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on growth and operational strategy. He later led strategic transformation initiatives at Invista, Serta Simmons Bedding, and Delta Air Lines. Most recently, he worked for Hawks Ventures, an investment fund focused on supporting underrepresented founders to build and grow their businesses.

Felipe holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia, an MPhil in Management from the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Chase Abbott is the Vice President of Sales for vAuto, Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer and Dealer Solutions. He brings strong leadership qualities combined with a tenacious desire to build efficiency, process, and culture within the sales teams he leads. Chase joined VinSolutions in 2008 as a Regional Sales Manager. He was quickly promoted to roles of increasing responsibility in the VinSolutions sales organization, becoming Vice President of Sales in 2016. Since then, Chase has led various sales teams throughout Cox Automotive, including Dealertrack F&I, Cox Automotive Digital Retailing, Dealer.com, and VinSolutions. Chase was named one of the Remarketing & Used-Car Industry’s 40 Under 40 in 2017. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Chase attended Maple Woods College and then spent seven years with an automotive group while holding multiple titles from Internet Director to Finance Director, and GSM.

Patrick Janes brings more than 30 years of automotive industry knowledge to vAuto. As the AVP of Inventory Solutions, which includes ProfitTime GPS, Provision and Conquest, Patrick knows firsthand how a dealership can improve their ROI having previously managed day-to-day operations for ten years as a dealership general manager. Before his dealership experience, he spent the first half of his career working with dealers across the country in several field offices for an OEM. In his tenure at Cox Automotive’s vAuto, Patrick began as a performance manager, building a solid understanding of customer needs and expectations with a large portfolio of independent dealer clients using the software. He has seen firsthand an exciting new generation of technologically savvy used car managers and owners that use affordable technology to save time, lower the risk of buying inventory online and enables a more thorough approach to the acquisition process. Patrick received his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Bradley University and is currently a Professor of Practice at Northwood University.

Karrie Sudbrack is a graduate of University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music with a Bachelor of Fine Arts as well as Business degree. She has held various leadership positions throughout her career and has a natural passion for influencing and leading people.

With a focus on electronic and digital media, Karrie began her career in sales in the broadcasting industry. Her career journey includes leading sales, operations, and marketing teams for over 20 years as Vice President/General Manager. Karrie joined the Cox family of companies 10 years ago in the Northeast; and is currently the Vice-President of Dealer Sales with Cox Automotive Consumer Solutions/Retail Group. Karrie has strategic and operational oversight of a large complex sales organization of over 500 team members that includes over 75 business leaders nationwide.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Karrie has distinguished herself as an action-focused leader that effectively leads through large scale organizational change. Her positive-energy, warm spirit, and commitment to develop leaders and mentor emerging talent has made Karrie a standout leader within Cox and the automotive industry.

Lori Haakmeester is Vice President of Product & Engineering, New Product Innovation and Product Operations at Cox Automotive, where she leads innovation and operational strategy across the company’s product portfolio. She recently took on an expanded interim leadership role, partnering across dealer-facing product and solutions teams to drive continuity and execution. With more than 20 years of experience in product leadership, Lori has held senior roles at Fiserv, Elavon/US Bank, and Equifax, driving product strategy, new product development, and program delivery across financial services and technology.
